Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
* If the application assistance service is not initiated by our team within 24 hours after receiving complete details and documents.
* If the payment was made accidentally or due to a technical error.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
* If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the applicant.
* If required documents were not submitted by the user.
* If the application is rejected by the official authority due to eligibility issues.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 3–5 working days through the original payment method.
